PhylClay's daycare mission is to provide safe, reliable educational childcare that allows children to learn in a fun and creative way. Drawing on over 20 years of experience, we understand that each child is uniquely different and learns at different skill rates that best fit their individual needs. We implement safety first at all times during learning and playtime indoors and outdoors.

ENROLLMENT GUIDELINES​
​​To ensure a smooth enrollment process and provide the best care for your child, please review the following requirements:
1. Completed Enrollment Application:
A signed registration form with accurate family and emergency contact information.
2. Child’s Birth Certificate:
Proof of age to verify eligibility for our programs.
3. Immunization Records:
Up-to-date vaccination records in accordance with state and local regulations.
4. Health and Medical Information:
A completed health form, including any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs, along with necessary medications and treatment plans.
5. Emergency Contacts:
At least two additional contacts beyond parents or guardians, who can care for your child if needed.
6. Parent/Guardian Identification:
Valid ID to verify identity during the enrollment process.
7. Tuition Deposit:
A initial tuition deposit to secure your child's spot.
8. Consent Forms:
Signed consent for emergency medical treatment, photo releases, and any other necessary permissions.
9. Additional Documentation (if applicable):
If your child has special needs or requires accommodations, please provide relevant assessments and care plans.

All required documents must be submitted prior to your child's start date to ensure a smooth start into our childcare program.
